Because raw footage would show the entirity of the situation, and actually prove your accusations of NLR as right now I don't think it does. Really don't see a negative side, only positive.

After reviewing the logs. It's clear that Dobs had in-fact broken NLR by returning to the same location before the 10 minutes NLR timer was up. There is no clear evidence of Goat doing this.
However, you will also be receiving a punishment for abusing thirdperson glitches, also breaking NLR and Metagaming.
