Summary: Generally breaking base rules, just the section of what Lofkam had contained three fading doors, this was part of a much larger base also, it had obstacles to get in, and short keypad timers.

If this were to be dealt with in-game and admin would have fixed the base or told him to fix the base. I don't think he was intentionally breaking the base rules. Since the guy has pretty low hours I will explain to him when he is next in-game what was wrong with the base.
