Summary: Clearly see WYS running from my weaponry and Kappatalist assisting him to escape and for some reason shooting him with a tranq, even tho he was no involved at all. Kappatalist kept uncuffing him and waking him up when i was trying to arrest.

Before this incident, earlier I had posted a pr on both of them. They were both randomly killing other players and tazing them in the nexus. wys was a police officer, and kappa was an SRU officer. They were helping each other out the whole day.
