Summary: So, about an hour and a half before this I was a cop and played at his casino. He scammed me so I naturally used my corruptness to send him to prison. I have died and reconnected since then, and an hour later started my own casino. He ran in and mollied it for no reason ( I assume because mine was more popular and nicer) Before this me and panda were in a sit for the scamming so he knows whats up

he has insulted him several times before in the rp (he is not died) so he knew that yet and then (in RP) out of anger the cocktail threw. Above all, you still hear how 10 pounds Cro says, "Haha, you will be banned" and he just runs through the fire - nice rp, dude! [he can not create an account, so I'll write it for him]

In the video you can quite clearly see him run in and be confused, not because I disrespected him but because I had a casino. This had nothing to do with my previous life and if it was because of that he broke FerRP

Still a new character. Therefore, you should not have mollied it. Also Violence is last option and throwing a molly is not needed unless raiding

He can not know that it is a new character, he did not die and therefore still knew everything. the molotov should serve as warning, so he did not throw it at you!

The molotov is still an act of violence when he knew I was not a threat. As you said its not "RP" to run by the fire, but I would die if I didnt. Therefore, this broke rule 3.1 a if I remember correctly from the top of my head

When you insulted me & opened a competitive casino, I did not know (on the RP) what else to do but give a warning by force. It was our last option after it was useless to talk to you!

User was found guilty of burning a passive RP without a valid reason.
Being insulted is not a reason to straight up burn a passive RP. Also having another casino in town doesn't give out any special reason to burn it. If you wanted to have some criminal casino rivalry, you should have talked to Cro and RP it out if he wants to, instead of just burning it down. Even if he didn't know you died / reconnected, he still should have kept the molotov as very last resort.
