Walking to the side of the road of a busy main road so an officer can arrest me after being literally almost killed by a car and people already being hit by cars right there. Yet when I made a report of this exact scenario before I was told and I quote an admin here "you can't expect people to follow fear rp in these type of situations now stop @ me"

Yes this is very clearly bias. You, running away at gunpoint whilst being ordered to stop, thus breaking FearRP.
