Mercedes C63 - Fro[Z]en - 09-17-2018
Title of Bug: Mercedes C63
Description:
1. No license plate [FIXED]
2. Wheelclamp is unremovable (The wheelclamp clamps the wheel...) this means that an admin has to remove it every time it gets wheelclamped... Kinda annoying
3. Wheelclamp is now inside of the car due to fixing 2. Still practically impossible to remove without proppushing the car up a bit

Should both be fixed from now (server was just manually booted up due to it crashing).

It's only half fixed. Now to remove the wheelclamp you have to get under the car or it still is impossible asfar as I can tell

Tested this and it does still occur. Will check the configs and re-locate the clamp positioning shortly
