THERE IS EVIDENCE THIS TIME THATS WHY IM RE-POSTING IT- ORIGINAL BY RICKETS DID NOT HAVE EVIDENCE. I understand it was dealt with but no evidence was present

Reason why he should be unblacklisted: I pulled over a humvee, One of the people in it ran out around the warehouse, put on a mask and put me under FearRP. I complied, another police officer came. Dob, one of the people in the car told the police officer who arrived to leave or his friend (General Rickets) would shoot him and the 2 hostages. I also radioed in telling him to leave. He did not listen but raised his gun on Dob and got killed.
