rotem levi (STEAM_0:1:85503634) was found guilty of CDM'ing three players with a vehicle inside the nexus, thus infringing vehicular rule 9.1 (https://www.fearlessrp.net/rules.php) as well as FailRPing by spawning the car in the Nexus in the first place. An appropriate blacklist has been applied to reflect this.
