He said "demote him" OOC so he didnt usse IC therefore not metagaming. You also raided us on "suspicion" while we were activly building.

Demotions are IC and saying that 'demote him' and giving the reason for it in OOC is metagaming. Also I considered the contra voice as 'suspicious activity' and raided you because of that.

Either way he said it OOC therefore if the sargent demoted you, The sargent would be metagaming.

The definition is "2.2 Do not Metagame, meaning you can't use OOC-obtained information IC." Putting something in OOC is not using the opposite. You are putting IC-Obtained information and using it OOC. This is the exact opposite of metagaming.
