Summary: I pursued blackhappymonke and he broke fearrp when I pointed a weapon at him, literally gave him so many chances to get out. And then NIGGA123 comes and kills me without reason.

As u can see in the video, i just wanted to put him under FearRP but he already saw me and pulled his gun out so i had to shoot.

BlackHappyMonke has clearly broken FearRP and will receive a 2 day ban. NIGGA123 won't receive a punishment as he does try to approach you properly and shoots when you notice him, this part was played out accordingly.
