Summary: User is found randomly arresting me without being corrupt. He is also found powergaming by doing ''/me gets the ID from his pocket'' which forces me to enter a roleplay situation that I had no control over as my character didn't have his ID on his person. I'd like to point out that I did not enter or place a vehicle in that life, I was simply trying to finish off a dupe.
