Summary: I was arresting him and then he disconnected as shown in the screenshot nothing more I can add to this.
Evidence: Unfortunately didnt have screen recorder on at time so I have screenshots instead

Reconnecting to avoid arrest is not allowed, regardless of the reason he was arresting you. If you think he did not have a reason to arrest you, post a report.
