User was found guilty of RDM and team killing. If they needed to get the nexus desk secretary out, they should have used /eject command or asked for his demotion.
Though the Nexus desk secretary should not jump in the SWAT van during a call either, as it's failRP. He will be warned for it in this case. But it is still not a reason to murder him.
