Title of Bug: Moving bodies tool gets removed when handcuffed/tied up
Description: It's not really a bug I think, developers probably just forgot to program it so it does not get removed on such events. It's really frustrating honestly.

can cumfirm this has happened to me in the past, completely ruins RPs sometimes. Please fix Pollocks.
