Would you be so kind to explain your situation because nobody will really know what the heck you are talking about. You received a permanent ban for "Hacking", so what are you talking about when saying "Ryan told me that i would not get in trouble" and about him giving you a TMP, what does that have to do with hacking?

I think Ryan told him the hack or RDM wouldn't get him in trouble, I guess.

Not really much of an excuse, he should have read the rules and known for himself.
Especially if it has something to do with hacking or RDM.
