Was involved in the situation and saw what happen the guys that broke the rules just said they were having "fun"

I think it's alright to have fun but if we are going to allow something like this, then we may as well make an exclusion time for everyone to break all the rules as they please and I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Call me what you want for posting a PR about this, but I mean. The rules are rules also after midnight.

User was spawning props in front of speeding vehicles to get them to fly off without control.
Though the ramp wasn't made by you, in the future keep these sort of car ramps off from the roads and place them somewhere else such as MTL, but even then keep it to a low level of prop minging.
