If someone doesn't die or put a gas mask on, and all they do is change outfit, you can RP knowing his face from the past. Otherwise, everyone would powergame.

+Support for this suggestion. I personally struggle with the current system and being able to change your skin anywhere with a 10 min max cooldown should be implemented.

Nothing to add towards that. Changing skins/outfits shouldnt be too easy.

Would doing that not be both powergaming and FailRP?
