Injured bug - Kippsee - 07-27-2018
Title of Bug: Couldn't die and I wasn't losing any health whilst injured on the floor.
Description:
I was ran over by a vehicle and I fell to the ground, however I wasn't losing any health and didn't have the option to die. I think I waited a good 10 minutes however nothing.
I think it happened to someone else a couple of days ago too if I remember correctly however they also couldn't be revived.

I am not sure if it is a rare occurrence however the only way to bypass it was to rather leave or to be killed. I don't think it is anything major but I thought I would mention it.

Seems to be a one-time bug.
Unable to reproduce it after intensive testing.
