How do I get the different skin for the ambulance that looks more like a van?

Mercedes Sprinter comes with skins for UK Emergency Services such as Ambulance and Police Van. You need to buy the delivery van Mercedes and get a mechanics to put ELS and skin on it.
Be aware that it doesn't have sirenes.
