It is a private conversation so unless given premission by the other party you shouldn't do it.

This is not true, he can screenshot or record conversations if he wants, as long as it doesn’t contain private or sensitive information.
It is simply immoral to do so, but it is not against the rules.

I would just ask the person for permission. If you're 'exposing' someone and it has sensitive information and they request us to remove it we may have to do so.
If it's anything to do with staff/abuse you should probably send it to Divey rather than posting it.
