Able to ticket a vehicle - Weezy_ - 07-12-2018
Description: when there's a illegally parked vehicle you should be able to give it a ticket without the owner near it. Or when someone just left the car on the road.
Why: I don't know why this was not added when the ticket system was added to the gamemode.

I think it's a really good addition. Would give an alternative to just impounding all cars.

Hm, I mean I like this but I can see people just running around ticketing all the parked cars in sight.
/job Corrupt Cop to stop people appealing them, put tickets on all the cars in the city, easy 5k.
The concept is nice but it would be easy to abuse without restrictions.

A cooldown would be a great addition! And perhaps getting a message with ''Your vehicle is fined, pay the ticket or accept the consequences''.
But yeah I think if this gets approved there should be a (un)written rule about it.
