It’s awfully hard to tell from the image evidence you have provided, I am curious to know if you have any other evidence for your claim? Perhaps a recording or a shadowplay recording?

Sadly no but to be honest I think its pretty obvious that is a fence.

User can clearly still shoot you when you are cracking the keypad thus making it a doomfort.
