Continious "You can't do that" message - Lewwings - 06-27-2018
Title of Bug: Continious "You can't do that" message
Description: Whenever I am handcuffed, tied up, or restrained in any way, the message that says "bla bla bla, therefore you can't do that" will continuously pop up for as long as you are restrained. The noise that comes with it also continues until you are no longer restrained.
Evidence:
(it's quite clear these messages all popped up in a short amount of time, as they would normally disappear after a bit)

Were you trying to do something? Odd it would just pop up. You sure you didn't hit a bind or something?

I was not attempting to do anything at all. I currently have no binds as I cleared them a while ago.
I don't know what would cause this either.

I've experienced this yesterday. It happens when someone places a restraint on you.

Try checking if you have anything binded that you may not have noticed.
Chug this into console for a list of your bound keys and what they do.
