Summary: Stole another policeman's car, drove it into the nexus lobby killing several police officers. We discovered the owner of the car so I demoted them, but turns out another policeman was in the vehicle, after running over several officers he left the vehicle, discovered the real identity and demoted the real driver.

Player used a Skyline to CDM inside an office.
However player is new to the server which will be considered in the punishment.
