Summary: User metagammed by useing my name to warrant me without knowing who i was. I was in a gassmask suit with a voicechanger for my rp and somehow he still knew it was me?

I am not surprised that this was the reason for the PR. I have a perfectly understandable explanation. You see, when you wear the Gas Mask, it does not mask your vehicle number plate. When you were outside Minnesota, I ran over along with the SRU and I grabbed your number plate and remembered it, upon going back inside the Nexus, I went over to the computers on the desk, and I went into the Database, upon doing this, I went to the Citizen database, and searched for the number plate 'P3N15'. I found who the vehicle belonged to, and followed by clicking the button 'Mark Wanted'. This is not a breach of the Metagaming rule, but infact clever thinking on my Characters behalf. Thank you for your report, however at this time, it is not valid.
