Title of Bug: Anyone can turn off metal detectors
Description: Despite what is stated in the announcement, not only the owner is able to. It appears anyone is capable of enabling and disabling the metal detectors.

Hey,
It's weird as it worked perfectly on the Beta server when I tested it with Brocolli. I'll look into it now though and see if I can get a more reliable fix.

I've looked into the issue, the update just isn't live on the server yet.
