Title of suggestion: Take off kevlars when
Description: When ever you change job, get demoted or disconnect, or something else which i can't think of, you get to keep your kevlar.
Why: It was good before when you couldn't take off the kevlar, but you don't lose it when you any of the above said happens, so why not this be like that now.
I dont know about any possible issues this could cause, and know that some people get annoyed from this.
