Both Coyote Peterson and MichaelE have knowingly teamkilled, and will receive a blacklist from police officer.
Coyote Peterson will also receive a weapons blacklist for RDM.
Note: Hazzahn will also receive a short blacklist from President for encouraging police officers to execute people without proper background roleplay first. He should know by now with almost 300 hours than to instantly resort to execution as a punishment, even as a dictator.
