If you were on his property, as an underground job he vould have felt threatened by your prevence. Since they did not actually attack you you should have called the police and reported it to them. If you have that extra footage I could take a look for you.

As you could have seen in the screenshots that were clearly a public area and the rebels were in the car.As a rebel, he should keep a low profile and not use violence over nothing.I do not think I have any further footage if you think that's not enough and him not even responding to this because he knows he is in the wrong you can go on and deny this Ban request
