Summary: I was walking around and saw a huge explosion and some props flying around, then the raptor drove and scraf moved the props to the raptor and I died, then when I was unconscious kooby walked on me and killed me.

Scraf has been found infringing his PTE access and will therefore be punished for it. However I do not believe that not kooby meant to kill you by standing on you as he hastily go off your body. Scraf will be punished accordingly
