Summary: User broke fearRP by failing to immediately follow orders while under gunpoint. He was trying to drive away while I was telling him to stop, and upon realizing he could not drive away he decided to get out - but by then, fearRP had already been broken. User was also going in a police chase as a mechanic, which is borderline failRP. User has 15 bans, and was placed on his last chance 6 bans ago but somehow is still playing on the servers.
