Summary: User broke fearRP by attempting to drive off under gunpoint, and then getting out his vehicle and pulling out a weapon while he was also under gunpoint w/ orders given. FearRP was still on and not voided as I shot not to seriously harm him or kill him, but to disable his car.

How you can see, you were shooting on my car, and FearRP is off if you shoot on someone.
Also, why did you shoot in my car, I did nothing dangerous, I didn't kill someone or didn't hurt someone, why are you trying to kill a civilian then?

You were unarmed when you got out the car, therefore you should have feared for your life. FearRP is only off when somebody has intended to kill you.

You shot at his vehicle, and in that scenario it is difficult to tell what your intentions are. You had fired multiple bullets, and so I would say FearRP was off.
