Summary: Firstly the president abused the move body tool just moving the body around for no reason that resulted in the persons death. Then he ran over me whit his car that resulted in my getting injured and the second injured persons death.

The accused has been found guilty of Intentional CDM however I do not believe he was attempting to abuse the move body tool as he realised he killed the first person by putting them down. However said player will be punished for Intentional CDM, due to the player being on Last Chance he will receive a lengthy ban as well.
