Reason: TOS 1.12 - Harassment - Posting pictures of a player in-game without their consent
Involved: Myself, a billboard and a picture of General Rickets.
Why we should unban you:
The dictionary definition of harassment is "aggressive pressure or intimidation.". Calling someone "short" falls under neither of these points. In no way did I intend to cause a situation and made the billboard as a lighthearted joke. The picture I used was from the "You" thread and is publicly accessible to anyone who desires to see it, if General Rickets doesn't want people to use it he can easily delete the post himself.
I'm fairly sad to see how lazily the situation was handled. I believe I should have at least had the opportunity to speak to Rickets before a ban was put in place. Instead, I was simply banned out of the blue without any context.
I'm sorry for any offense I caused to Rickets - I, personally, have nothing against you at all, it was just a little joke that was taken way too far. If I knew you weren't okay with it I would have removed it and if I wasn't nerfed in discord I would have tried harder to ask for consent.
edit - I'd like to point out several admins passed the billboards and didn't mention anything to me, someone (on my behalf) asked siphon if they were alright and he ignored him.

Too add to my point, most of these definitions outline the fact that it goes on over a long period of time and the actions are repeated. Tell me at what point have I in any way attempted to harass you at all?

As you can see the definition of harassment is open to some interpretation.
I don't know who you are. I don't know you on a personal level. I do not even have you on steam. You decided to post a personal image of myself mocking my height on a billboard without my permission, I spoke to various staff members prior to the ban being issued. You claim the image is on the public domain but thats where you are wrong, you used the fearless services to target and mock a fearless player because of their height which breaks the fearless terms of service. You are also breaking the UBR rules by posting this request.

You do not need a forum account to access that picture so in theory, anyone can see it. If I am correct you were not the person taking the picture and I'm pretty sure the picture is not protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws which does mean the picture is in the public domain. If a picture is in the public domain anybody can use it without obtaining permission. Maybe if you didn't want the image in the public domain you should have considered keeping it to yourself.

Mocking and harassment are two different things, in no way have I harassed you, harmed you or threatened you. Being mocked or feeling offended is not listed as a reason for a ToS ban.

I've proved my point as to why I believe a ToS ban is unjustified for the situation and have provided evidence. It is not up to you to conclude whether I am breaking the rules or not, that's backseat admin.
