Summary:
At the time me and my buddy were roleplaying as a drug cartel, because cartels are known to be violent we decided to chase Gamingofficalz after he ran into us. While chasing him for several minutes he finally stopped and we got out as soon as he did. I then ran up to his car to tell him to get out, he didn't, instead he continued to ran me over while I continued to tell him to get out. Once he cdmed me, my buddy decided to kill him.

In this situation it appears GamingOfficial did not intentionally run him over as he stopped immediately after and attempted to exit his vehicle, however you then shot at him forcing him to drive away to save his own life.
