Summary: So basically as you can see in the video, I was about to arrest a man for driving over a police officer and being outside while a curfew was in effect. Then suddenly Desastro ran over me and a couple of others. At 24-25 seconds in the video you can clearly see the person's tag and name on the vehicle.
