We were just chilling in the food store on our lunch break having a chat, wasn't patrolling with it. Was just simply off duty on our break.

However this report is for such an incredibly minor rule breakage so no punishment will be issued, instead a warning.
In future please just politely ask the player to remove the suit there is no need to post a ban request.
