Summary: User is found abusing his free police weapons to RDM people on the streets. As you can see in the video, he is shooting and killing randomly and ends up with a K/D of 12 and 1 before he leaves the server.

User has managed to obtain 3 PTE blacklists yesterday within a day.
Alongside this offense, I believe it is safe to say that the user is not on the server to roleplay and thus he will receive a prolonged suspension.
