Title of Bug: Police cars skins not saving
Description: If an admin or mechanic change the skin on the police cars it always resets to the default one after parking it and spawning it in again.

I think it's that thing that automatically assigns a police livery according to whether you are SRU or a police officer. Should be removed in my opinion as it causes more inconvenience than convenience.

They should be saving now as VCmod is back on the server. My dodge pursuit was at least sticking to the camo paint I got it.
So fixed I guess?
