Summary: So i am doing this PR due to my friend not having access to his forum account, But to start it off. My friend was getting fined for running a red light, after he payed his fine Frost for no reason proceeds to hit him with a baseball bat for no reason at all. As i would classify as FailRP.

Frost was found guilty of breaking FailRP. When you are a cop, you should be careful and not do it in public. Due to this, he will be banned for FailRP and RDM for a year due to his last chance.
