Title of suggestion: Build Server Restarts Change
Description: Make the build server not restart while users are online. Instead, I suggest if the build server is due to restart and there are users building, wait until they all leave and then restart the server.
Why: It's really annoying when you are in the middle of a build and you get the "Server will restart in five minutes!" message. You have to quickly weld your build, save it and re-paste it after the restart. Lag is also not as much of an issue on build as the main server, so surely it doesn't need to be restarted as often.
