Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I believe i should be unblacklisted because i was arresting someone for failure to pay fine for jay walking then kevin kept un cuffing the guy i was trying to arrest then i kept cuffing him then the guy finally paid the fine then i walked off and got blacklisted for " Abusing power of officer despite admin sit"
Also, There is a rule saying "all arrests are IC" am i correct?
I dont see how that can be bypassed but its whatever

The guy paid the fine and then i left but still got blacklisted??
This was all IC and I believe there was no reason for me to be blacklisted
