Summary: Multiple officers responded to a call of armed people at Minnesota, turned out to be a big gang of criminals so we all engage in combat. Nico is the only hostile left alive and jumps from top floor to the ground. I follow, sight him unarmed, approach him (weapon pointed directly at him) and tell him to stop moving. Instead, he pulls out his XM and sprays the force down.
