Title of bug: Dodge Charger (Police edtion) Lightbar doesn't work
Description: I found a bug on the Police Dodge Charger. I think it's the 2nd top Lightbar (not the default one) which doesn't work if you enable the lights.

Personally i dont think this is a bug, they do work when i see them (from my perspective)

I asked multiple People and they said "No".
So that one is not the default Lightbar.

An issue with VCMod which we can't solve due to it being DRM.
