Title of Bug: Bug makes undercover officers revert to normal.
Description: After the Officer requests permission to go undercover, if he or she dies, it resets their name color from green back to blue.
Evidence: Every time I die...

Well that would make sense considering New Life Rule...you forget about everything from your past life etc.
Don’t see why this would be any different and one assumes you would have to re-apply
