i got this weird crosshair thing after not changing any settings, any way to fix it?

Have you downloaded any addons involving perhaps Star Wars looking vehicles or anything space involved or technology involved?

In your console type hud_draw_fixed_reticle 0, that is a Half Life crosshair and it must have added itself when you were getting the content.
