Summary: he stole my car, I saw him do it so I jumped in and asked him what he was doing in my car, after a while he got out and told me to put my hands up and give him 500, I asked one question and him and his friend(who I sadly couldn't identify) sprayed me down.
I believe this was RDM as I did not refuse to pay him and I can be heard saying "ok" before I was killed.
I can also clearly be seen typing out /pay before he sprays me down meaning he would have seen that I was thinking but didn't even wait to see what I was doing.

Player report approved.
The user was found guilty of RDM and committing a crime in a public place, and will thus receive a 2 hour blacklist from weapons.
