Summary: User broke fearRP - I gave text commands for him to face the wall, I take out my cuffs and then he pulls out a shotgun and attempts to kill me. This breaks rule 2.1d. After I shot and killed the user I am tranqualized, this is him breaking NLR. Keep in mind this user has already had 2 bans for fearRP...

User was found guilty of breaking FearRP when switching to handcuffs, though there wasn't enough evidence to proof it was him breaking NLR with the tranquilizer.
