Reason why you should be unblacklisted: The reason that WE shoot at him. We were in a fight with the police because of the Dictator who didn't like us send the police out to raid us. We killed mostly of the goverment, when we saw a cop car coming from Cr. 81 and we thought it was backup, so we decided to shoot at it as we were in a fight with the cops on a long range. we shoot him and i got the kill, but i wouldn't call it RANDOM DEATH MATCH, as

John was clearly not a threat to you, nor was there any indication that he was going to get into conflict (lights and sirens not being on, etc).
