Reason why you should be unbanned:I never broke FearRP I drew my gun while the gun was pointed. Equally, no orders where given so I never broke FearRP.
As shown fro mthis video you can see that is what occurs ( https://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=84171).
The gun was not effecting me as the vehicle was in the way. Once my gun was pulled they shot first. Not me.
I defended myself from them shooting first and the video can testify that I never shot first https://puu.sh/yGysc/e5b64fb180.jpg .
As shown from the image above you can clearly see I never shot first. The other person shoots first thus removing FearRP from occuring.
